Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Natsar recently participated in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Regional Cybersecurity Workshop held in Malaysia in June 2024. As part of a team led by Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA) and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Natsar provided a comprehensive briefing on defending critical infrastructure from cyberattacks to the attendees.
Josh Moulin, Natsar’s principal, delivered a presentation covering essential topics such as defining critical infrastructure, implementing robust cybersecurity controls, and examining real-world examples of cyberattacks on critical infrastructure that have impacted life safety and property. The briefing also highlighted common risks in the critical infrastructure sector, with a focus on cyber-physical systems.
US Ambassador to Malaysia, Edgard D. Kagan, commended Moulin’s contribution, stating in a certificate of appreciation: “Your insightful presentation and engaging delivery have greatly enhanced the experience for all attendees.”
